Icons not showing, URLs showing connection issues

I got a config from a co-admin (he cant recall where he got the config) and now (as of a few weeks ago) some of the icons are not showing up for "some users" but not all.  For example I cant see them.  I tried going to the link directly (not a imagur link) and the page is blocked by my security settings.

NOW if I try and bypass this (advanced button) Xfinity blocks it next.  I can bypass this I assume; however I am not sure I want to.

NOW I tried getting all the other linked images and hosting them locally  on my web server and replaced them in the config file but it did not work; they all showed up blank in the game.  My goal was to have someone get the i.gyazo.com images (or find/create new ones) and then host them also but again hosting them on my web server is not working either.

GEE I NEED SOME REAL ASSISTANCE HERE.

Some people are unaffected by this so I assume it is a security setting I have; but would I want to decrease that security??  Not sure.

That would be an issue with the users connection, not the plugin. All the plugin does is provide the way of displaying the icons, if it works for some people but not all, it's an issue on the client end.
I'd suggest switching the image links from gyazo, to imgur or any other image hosting websites.

That should work, if not please get back to me.

I agree it is client side... and I prefer to use imagur images HOWEVER I do not have imagur weblinks as this config (I think) was made by someone changing the infopanel and I cant figure out where to get images (I cant figure out where the imagur links are).

ALSO why is it when I host the images on my own webserver; why are they blank then too???
I mean one possible solution for me id for me to host them... but that does not even work and I do not know why.  In this case all images are blank.

Sorry by blank I mean there is a rust symbol in all locations.

1.  you can get the images by :
A. going to the links , downloading the images in a BROWSER or using  "CURL"/other app
B. copying the images to your OWN SERVER  or imagur account. (REMEMBERING to use a PUBLIC LINK)

Cannot figure out where the links are......  , load the plugin into a text program and search for ".jpg", ".png"

Hosting on your own web server...... you MUST match the   URL  PORT identifiers......
That means if your  "server " is   "HTTP" you MUST use "HTTP"  in your web link and if your server is TLS (HTTPS), you must use  "HTTPS" in your weblinks
a server set to  provide streams on  "HTTP" WILL NOT supply streams on "HTTPS" and visa versa with "HTTP"... UNLESS you config the server to do this.

And to test it you can use a web browser.. if hte image will nto display in a web browser at hte link... it aint gonna work in rust.
