I would like to keep only things which not crossed out, in same location and ceneterd in middle.

In your InfoPanel.json under "Panels" look for the entries "Compass" and "Coordinates" and change their "Available" from "true" to "false".

ok, understand how to do it, but they are not in middle.. after everything is so messed up.

Once you've removed 2 panels you have to correct the "Dock" properties of the active panels to make up for the missing two AFAIK.
