Moving info panels to bottom of screen?

HI Guys,

has anyone got a config they would kindly let me use to have all panels neatly at the bottom of the screen? its hard to mess about with while players are on the server.
I would glady donate something for your help.

If you are talking about the info panel here on umod i have a config that moves it to the bottom and changes it images to smaller neater images id gladly give you.
