just installed it on my server called in heli and no messages at all from inbound.
Actually i see the messages so i must be confusing this plugin with another where it showed icons on the screen when a heli or cargo ship was incoming 

Does anyone know the name (not infopanel)

Inbound is working for me , it shows both helis, cargo ship and cargo crate announcements, have you had a look at Helicontrol plugin ? , I use infopanel for icons

i have helicontrol and i use infopanel as well but for some weird reason and i cant suzz out why - cargo ship and the chinook dont work but the heli and airdrop does.

Are you sure the helicopter is actually there? The message is delayed so to not send messages if the helicopter is destroyed.

Is it a attack helicopter or chinook?
