Image failed to download! Error: HTTP/1.1 429 Too Many Requests

A plugin of mine has no images showing for one part of that and the maker told me that I need to wipe Image Library as part of the troubleshooting. I knew this was a wasted idea because my issue never gave an indication of being un/able to download an image.

Since doing that, all of my plugins are now showing "NO IMAGE FOUND". This is effecting around 12 of my plugins all made by different people. When I reload the plugin that has issues, all I see is a wall of text saying "Image failed to download! Error: HTTP/1.1 429 Too Many Requests".

This has effectively broken my server and I have no idea how to fix this. If anyone has any clue, I'd be greatful for the help.

Thanks
Christopher.

So after thinking about this, my theory is that this could be an issue with imgur. The whole line of error is

"Image failed to download! Error: HTTP/1.1 429 Too Many Requests - Image Name: https://imgur.com/OFEhW4J.png_0 - Image URL: https://imgur.com/OFEhW4J.png"

This to me makes me think that imgur is saying they're the ones having too many requests. Could this theory hold water does anyone know?

EDIT: I've sent an email to imgur to ask them if this is their problem. It's more than likely going to take a couple days to hear back from them about this, but hopefully they can shed some light on this.

I think this could be an imgur issue. I've tried uploading an image to flickr, and that works fine. This is big news if plugins can't use imgur anymore >.<

I was too excited too soon about Flickr. Images do indeed load from there, but it's a red ? with white box. So they do not work. Imgur is not allowing me to download any images from there. This is horrible news.

i had the same error show up for the sign artist plugin. but that was after trying a known working image that was "broken" after it worked several times then i started getting this same error i copied the same image from a discord link with the same errror. so idk be nice to find a fix though.
