I belive there is an old version of it some where in your data base. I updated it and got an error about changes in the way its read. I went back and manually loaded it again and the error went away and the plugin loaded correctly. this has happened about 4 times to me in the last month or so on my server. I manually reloaded it and it has worked.

Please provide the error when reporting issues.
