Sometimes items that take two slots duplicate when a kit is redeemed. 

Make sure you got no items at the visual override. I've tested yesterday and everything was fine.

There's definitely an issue somewhere, when I get a minute I'll record a video and replicate it.

I thought it was just a visual glitch but I was able to place the duplicated items.
