When I put the plugin in the server oxide/plugins and restart the server the /kit command does not work. 

Any Suggestions/Help

Are you trying to use the plugin with a game other than Hurtworld? If not, then check your oxide/logs for errors.

No I am not just for rust

This plugin is only for Hurtworld. You'd need to use the Rust Kits plugin instead.
