Dear community of umod, 
I was wondering if there was a command to reload oxide while the  server is on, 
Instead to restart the server every time If it does then please share it with  me

No, there is nothing to reload, it is installed once and is initialized on server startup.

Not sure why you want to restart Oxide, maybe you mean plugins?

I think the user means install, which still no in that case.

it's like if you change something on the oxide.users.data etc can you that just reload it without to restarting your server or not?

That file is not meant to be edited manually/directly, so no. 
Locked automatically
