I downloaded the 3996 version and updated the server and it is loading with 3994 build.  Is the download link pointing to the right version?  I have been able to get the server to load with the development build but it is at 3995.

I think they are busy, oxide loader from 996 is 994 when you update it. and I get a big mistake, I wait
