Your commandline is good enough but just to besure place your self as addadmin on the autoexe.cfg file aswell.
Notice just edit your work with notepad++ because the default notepad doesn't support any game consoles
And also besure your oxide is uptodate
what is autoexe.cfg and i what folder is that?

Merged post

and why when i on console i do g (itemid) (count) it doesnt say anything and dont give anything
Basically, your server needs to create an autoexe.cfg  file on the same folder as your hurtworld server when the server doesn't do this,
then create a brand new file inside of your hurtworld server always with notepad++
when you've done this then open pad++ and place the following things on it loadmod (mod number) remove the () before placing the numbers into  it,
and also place the addadmin with your steam64 id on it then save as and call it autoexec.cfg and save it onto your hurtworld server map then restart the server again and this should be working other ways you don't have the correctly version  of oxide
I do all like you say i have newest version of oxide and they say dont have permission when I say /oxide.grant on chat. My autoexec.cfg:addadmin 76561198004765936 loadmod 8. is this mod are plugins?

@echo off cls :start Hurtworld.exe -batchmode -nographics -exec "host 12871;queryport 12881;servername HurtWorld Server;addadmin [your Steam 64 ID] -logfile "gamelog.txt" @echo. @echo Restarting Server............ @echo. goto start

1: If you can't use any kind of command well please try this command line above edit the server name and the steam64id on your own way [ps remove the [] before placing the steam64id
2: The loadmod number should look like more this way  loadmod 1624936221
