This is normal because Oxide.Hurtworld doesn't have been updated to new Roslyn compiler.
Download this Compiler - https://github.com/OxideMod/Oxide.CSharp/releases/

I don't know which folder to put them in

In the main directory where is Hurtworld.exe, host.bat etc.
If you using Windows you only need Compiler.exe

it keeps giving the same error. It's only the compiler.exe to the main folder you said, I already thought it was that folder. I have reinstalled the server and still get the same error.

I checked on my PC and compiler working and plugins are loading.
Only got this but this is normal because Oxide.Hurtworld does not have updated download links in Core.

I started the server without checking whether the plugins are working again. my bad, the server is working. indeed the message is there. thank you for the assistance

Hey sorry for the late reply but I just pushed an update to Oxide.Hurtworld that should fix the issues with the compiler not downloading!
