The file to download umod from github is umod.hurtworld-master
, the file downloaded from the UMOD website is called Oxide. Hurtworld. Do you need to install both or just one? I installed oxide. Hurtworld, and after unpacking it, only the directory of hurtworld_data is available, but the plugin doesn't work.

The downloads are hosted on our site here, you do not need the source from GitHub.

Is it ok to override the Hurtworld_data directory and start the server? How do I test that my plug-in is working? I typed oxide. Version in the F1 input box in the game without prompting this command.

1. Download from Games > Hurtworld on our site here, not somewhere else
2. Extract the download, stop the server, and move and overwrite all files from the zip to your server install location
3. Start the server

There is no F1 command input, Hurtworld has only chat commands right now. You can visually see if a plugin is working in your console if on Windows, else check your oxide/logs.

In the chat command, must be admin can be used?

For /oxide.version no, only the permission-related ones until you create others with permission.

The server system is centos7 x64, running hurtworld x86

The compiler needs to be executable. If you aren't familiar with how to do that on Linux, there are a lot of tutorials around the 'net.

Looks like it is working fine now according to your log, the plugins are loading there. The error at the top simply means that Oxide wasn't able to check the permissions of your compiler, so either a dependency used to check for that else permissions are lacking for that dependency.
