I searched some threads for instructions to get oxide working for V1 Legacy. yet i get the awnser that oxide isnt supported anymore. also there is no older download from oxide for hurtworld v1 legacy. does anybody know a solution or know any/have any older version that works for V1 Legacy.

Sorry, it isn't supported and the majority of plugins here will not work with it even if you did get it working.
