I have enabled OxideRcon setting and assigned a password, but I cannot connect to my server using rcon tool or web rcon tool. What do I need to do next? Please help me, thanks

Oxide RCON isn't that reliable at the moment. You can try using any older Rust RCON tool though (not one for Web RCON).
