Whenever I try to start the Hurtworld server, I get this log message.

This would most likely mean that the file was either downloaded incomplete, or was unable to be downloaded or overwritten. Please make sure that the filesystem and that file are writable and that no firewall is blocking connections.

Can I download it manually and overwrite it?
I got a URL(https://github.com/OxideMod/Compiler/releases/download/latest/Compiler.x86_x64) in the log, but it returned 404.
