Hurtworld plugins can be found here. Most are for itemv2.

Also, many universal plugins are also compatible with Hurtworld.

Most plugins are for Hurtworld Legacy here, but there are updates on the way for itemv2. The itemv2 branch of Hurtworld is a development branch, not the primary branch of Hurtworld. Those that support itemv2 will have the itemv2 tag. As Calytic mentioned, all Universal plugins would also work.
