Making some items more rare than others?

In the past there was a plugin where you could make loot harder to find. For example: I wanted to make Detcaps more rare I changed the value from 0.25 to 0.15 so people had to search harder for them.

I have HW Loot but that will make items x2 and there is no special option for detcaps.

There are a few paid plugins that I know of that do this, but there are no public ones on uMod unfortunatly.

Thanks, I'm just making sure I understand this API well enough to add the mods.
I added a modification to my own Brightura Gaming Hurtworld server.. basically your standard rockets do structural damage which means they can be
used for raiding.

Working on some other cool things too.

I also search this plugin to reduce the rate of detocaps a link or find the price is not problem

I'm looking for that too to reduce or suppress a "loot" or "object" ;)
