Hi, I would like to know if these two files has some interval when they save data or they do it when there are any changes? Because I decidedt to clean these both files since I had tons of old permissions and groups which I wasn't using anymore, and now these both files are getting reseted after every server restart, I think they don't even save any data in it. Could someone explain me why this is happening?

They save when the server saves or on command.

If you want fresh files it's best to stop the server and delete the files it will remake new ones on restart then you can add whats needed
