Why did I add a lot of points to this plug-in at level 200, but it didn't have any effect, such as increased HP

Khan can correct me if I'm wrong, however I'm fairly certain that increased HP isn't in the current publicly available version to download.
And if it is, I know for a fact it isn't creating it's own health UI or using tea modifiers to achieve a visual look so you can see that your health has increased.
So theres 1 of 2 things going on:
 - It hasn't been implemented/updated yet
 - It has been implemented but theres no displaying method as of yet
