There appears to be a small issue with the Small Oil Refinery and i believe it has something to do with the blacksmith skill.  If i go the the small oil refinery at the outpost, I will get 3 Low Grade Fuel for one 1 Crude, but when i use the refinery at my base, I get 2 Low Grade for 1 Crude.  Now, it will consume LESS wood to create that Low Grade, the fact of the matter is that the amount of Low Grade produced is reduced at personal refineries.  

I was able to confirm that it was this mod that was producing the issue.  When i disable the mod, the production rate went back to the normal 3.  Now I am running funace splitter, but looking through code, it doesnt appear to be a conflict.
