I have been using this Plugin for a while now and i JUST noticed that you can assign Permissions?

I mainly use the Human NPC's in a Pre-built Town for shops, and have 3 shops for my VIP Members.  So am i able to assign Permissions for like VIP people to only see the VIP Shops?  How would that work?  

Can anyone help me?  i think i maybe misisng something here  lol
