Hello. You can make a program that would convert mp3 to NPC sound.
It's very difficult to make good sounds through the microphone

Currently the work involved it will not be done as requires for me to host a converter tool witch will Make use of the steamAPI to ecript the stream.. This is being worked on by somone else but the method is just not feasable at this time...

Could you tell us what format it is currently in so that we can find a converter on our own?
