So I am playing with the Bank mod and I have it setup to use NPC's and you walk up and press e the NPC then can open your bank for you. Well I am getting a message on the screen when someone is not Auth on the TC that "You lack building prevligaes and can not do that"  
Any idea how I can get around this?

Update I remove the TC and everyone can use the NPC's so something is locking them the moment a TC is seat down. the interaction stops working with the error above. 

That is a setting in the bank mod you need to contact there support.
