Making Human NPC similar to Bot Spawn?No Thanks
Well,  
Now that botspawn is MIA is it possible to use Human NPC in the same manor? It seems like you would have to create each and everybot and its waypoint which would take hours and hours to do on a 4k map. If I could still come up with the .cs file for botspawn would it still work or not? I have lots of questions...

I have been setting up each bot and creating thier waypoints.  But if you do this you will have to save the waypoints file on your computer becasue it will wipe on update. or at least mine did last month.
Botspawn is still around and has an awesome new update.  Steenamaroo just hosts it himself now.  Look around it is there
Botspawn still does not work. It does not spawn at monuments like it is supose to do.  I have the most recent update but it still does not work.  That is why I was asking for the wish list of updates to npc.  NPC is by far the most reliable between it, Botspawn, and zombiehorde.  Just could add a few things to make it even better. 
BotSpawn works perfectly on my servers, it always did.
The only thing I wasn't able to do and HumanNPC do, is to spawn BOTs inside buildings and that would be great
Yes, Botspawn definitely works and can still be found elsewhere.

The characters in use are completely different.  With HumanNPC, as has been mentioned, waypoints are required to give them specific directions on where to move.  It is not currently possible to have them roam as with other plugins, and probably never will be.
I acknowledge BotSpawn and HumanNPC are two different plugins, as a matter of fact they seems to be created for different purposes (there is a very good video on YT made by SRTbull about a very good use of HNPC (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=okH21H9THaA) and that's why I used them both.
Now, with the last update my feeling is that there's a nearly perfect balance or at least that's what I want on my servers.
