This was previously working for us. I have stopped the server, removed all files related to GUIShop from plugins, data, lang, config etc.. and restarted it. I have downloaded the new .cs for it today as well and it doesnt create a config nor does it work if i put the old config in for it.. The error i get is: 2:05 PM

That is pretty weird, I cannot re-create this issue on my test server and no one else has reported this problem. You can add me in discord Khan#8615

And I can try and help you figure this out but other than that. I don't see what the problem would be. Unless you are running a really old version of guishop? What version of guishop are you trying to update from?  

I sent a request. It's the newest plugin i downloaded a fresh copy and deleted all files from data/lang/config etc.. and replaced the .cs and still nothing. 

For anyone that may come across this post seeking help for the same problem, GUIShop requires ImageLibrary to be installed and running.

So please double check to see if that plugin is installed and loaded :)
