I don't see the command that shows how to do this.  I'm using the console command "announce bla bla bla", but there are no parameters to change the banner or text colors for that.  For instance, if I want a green banner with purple text to say "hello world", how would I do that?

You can't change the colour in the commands. It's something on my list to maybe implement in the future.
