Is it possbile to change the banner width to where its NOT all the way across the screen? Or have an option to set it to half the screen?

I'm pretty sure that it's not possible by config as I was looking into this a while ago.
You could possibly do it with changes to the .cs although I wouldn't recommend that.
If I remember correctly you have more control of size etc. with popup notifications but GUIA is better supported by other plugins.

Yeah unfortunately you'd have to edit the plugin itself to change the width. Feel free to give it a go, but I won't be supporting any changes made.
I've not added that kind of config option in, because the design of the banner was to extend the screen. However the plugin is called GUI Announcements, not GUI Banners, so maybe I should consider other styles of announcement?
I don't think other styles are necessary as I think most players are used to the uniformity of the announcements as GUIA is what most modded servers use.JoeSheep

Plus, the more options you put in the config, the more support is needed for people who get confused.
