is it possible for using GUIAnnouncements to announce new donator on server?

This is not possible. What ever you use to control donators ranks etc I believe would need to call the API in this plugin to do that, for me to code this in would require a LOT of potential possibilities which would be a bit of a brain nightmare to fathom :)
