I have looked through the plugin , config , data , lang  files and I can't figure out how to start this.

Looks like it starts automatically when the plugin is loaded, and repeats every amount of time as configured in the config file.

Yep thats what I thought , thought maybe I was missing something in plain sight. Thanks Wulf
