Sometimes when running the command below, I am getting:

give electric.generator.small 1 765611xxxxxxxxxx

No players found with Name or ID '765611xxxxxxxxxx'

Command 'give' can only be used by a player

Also, giveto does nothing.

giveto 765611xxxxxxxxxxxx electric.generator.small 1   - does not work as nothing happens.

I believe this is recent as I've used this plugin for ages and never had a problem until now.

The give command doesn't support an ID to give to, that hasn't changed. I'd need to see what output you see with the giveto command.

Edit: Tested all of the commands and had no issues.
