How long does the average take to approve a plugin? Or atleast get an answer on it?

Sometimes it's REALLY fast, sometimes it can take up to N weeks. Answer is approval/not afaik (whether there are any issues)

Try to provide information as sometimes some codes dont make sense which should speed up process and good luck 

Plugin approval depends on when someone is available and able to review them. For me, that is generally on weekends and depends. The approval of your plugin(s) also depends on if it meets the submission guidelines and if there are any potential quality issues, otherwise changes will be requested; so best to make sure it meets those before submission.
