When full migration from Oxide dependencies to uMod is ready, can we please not rollout on a forced wipe/update? Maybe rollout in the middle of the week sometime so plugin developers have time to modify all their plugins instead of waiting for them to be ready on a update forced/wipe day? 

Also, any sort of ETA of when this will happen?

The uMod builds will be released when we feel that they are ready to be. There's no ETA, but there will be plenty of notice and updates being done to prepare for it beforehand.
