Hey. Can someone tell me how to combine of two different plugins into a one plug-in? 

Depends on the plugin and how it works. Also this isn't recommended unless you know what you're doing because some plugins use the same hooks and so on.

I can understand using the ideas of other peoples plugins and doing a similar version of the plugins but taking someone elses code and making another plugin out of it i dont understand ?
