Is is 100% sure that there is no need for any donations to wulf or the umod dev team to get a plugin approved?
I find is Very odd that some plugins, which are basically the same as some paid plugins on other websites are approved so fast and from new dev's who are not selling their plugins through THEIR sites get delayed by this crazy amount of time? This is what I call bullying, all because someone wrote a similar plugin which (if I'm honest) works far better than the 35$ one sold on umod-friends website.
And i know because i bought it, and after 11 updates within half a month later its still not as good as the free version that's STILL not approved on this free platform!
I'd like to see the free Rusty Cuffs version Revolving DCON wrote months ago approved on umod and not like next year like some bullies asked the umod dev team to delay this plugin!

Review times vary based on the queue and available reviewers, but last I checked the plugin you mentioned was reviewed but was not updated or discussed with the points mentioned in the review. A plugin would be reviewed again once those issues are marked as resolved by the submitter.
