Hi, if your other user is Kinkillo, it has not been deleted and is still active. It may have been soft-deleted via your dashboard, but I do not see any actions on it otherwise.

I dont make any change into my account, you say "soft-deleted via your dashboard" but i dont make that. Is possible you can undo that?.
