Same issue, can confirm that it's affecting me as well.

I'm using Chrome Version 81.0.4044.138 (Official Build) (64-bit)

I'll try other browsers, but looks like something is wrong with the file itself.

It also looks like some credentials are exposed in the error. You'll probably want to change those...

Getting same thing here too.

GitHub hosts the files and we aren't aware of any issues on that end. If they are having issues though, it will be something they will have to resolve.

Can confirm.   Two different systems,  in different locations, clicking the Download button on the Umod site gives an .XML error.
