I am trying to claim the Tell My Vote plugin, after i type my reason, it just pops up a red box at the top right without any text. That plugin is broken and has no maintainer, I already fixed the issue for it and have a working copy of it, rather than uploading it as a new plugin I'd like to just claim that plugin and update it.

There is a queue ahead of your plugins, and approval varies depending on if someone is able and around. Right now it has mostly been myself, so it's been slow to work through those as I find time and motivation.
