So my oxide isnt downloading the compiler needed to run the plugins through RSM I tried talking to the developer of RSM and hes saying i need to seek help here. Anyone... please im begging you!

I'm also getting the 403 error when trying to download the Compiler during server boot on Rust:

is anyone able to help? or anyone able to give me the compiler.exe file

Do i need to request a fix from my server provider if i can't redirect the compiler update URL? which i presume is what's causing this:
