You get used to it, but it is a bit of a pain in the ass.
There's an open issue for it already for this and other design issues. The current design is missing a good bit, but we'll likely be changing it up a lot before we settle on a final design.
Im Currently using my own Theme for the site. using a firefox plugin that saves all changed for the site. That was also just an example.

There has been no update yet as there hasn't been a focus on design.
