Nevermind forgot to unload the plugin

Hiya, so Ive been testing to get a server off the ground. When killing NPCs and animals RP is awarded. However when mining ore, cutting down a tree and picking up any gatherables no RP is awarded for those. What the heck am I doing wrong and how do I rectify this in the config?
