The only plugins broken recently that you gave in mind are ones that broke due to code changes in Rust or hook changes in Oxide (like this one). Reloading plugins due to code changes will not work, as the plugin would require code changes to load. Hook changes like this on just means the one feature that uses that hook won't work until fixed, not really anything to do with reloading.

thanks for the reply, but let me be more clear about my message

about 5 plugins i used broke - so i updated them and restarted the server, no problems

i make changes to some configs and do o.reload pluginNAME and changes were not happening, i reopen the config files and the changes have been saved. (i am aware some plugins have to be unloaded first before changes to happen).
But the problem i was having - no matter what plugin config i was changing the config's saved but changes would not happen until i restart the server even after o.unload them first and save the changes and then o.load them again

but the issues seem to be fixed now, i assume it was just DAY 1 of patch issues
