I've noticed it moves too much wood into refineries. I usually open a calculator and multiply my crude by 2.223, and then round up one. so 44 x 2.223 = 97.812 , round up to 98 and thats all the wood it needs. 

Maybe multiplying by 2.23 would give exact amount without needing to round up, im not sure i just tested it with this one situation of 44 crude.
