How do you delete all the spawned flying carpets currently on the map?

This has come up in my experience as well so I will try to add something in for the admin to be able to delete a user carpet or all carpets without reloading the plugin.

I wasn't able to get the delete all part working, but you can now, as admin, destroy them per user.
