You could sell the permission. Install e.g. TimedPermission or IQPermission than sell the command
grantperm <player|steamid> flyingcarpet.use <time>

I dont know your shop plugin. You must know the placeholder for the steamid.

I use ShoppyStock with IQPermission. The command to sell would be

grantperm {steamid} flyingcarpet.use 1d

For GUIShop i think it is

grantperm $player.id flyingcarpet.use 1d
