hello , every time i restart server plugin does mot load in , i need restart server manualy , and same happens if no players are online that got permission to use plugin it stops working and i need reload plugin to get it working . maybe someone cn help with issue 

Certain plugins fail to load automatically on startup for some users. The exact reason is still unclear. However, there are two workarounds: either type 'o.reload <plugin name>' in the command line after each server boot/restart, or configure a plugin to automatically run this command for you.
