Currently when i download the plugin it doesnt have options for me to define different groups different permissions. there is only 1 permission showing which is admin. Do i create the permission levels somewhere? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I am not experiencing any such permissions issues and am not able to re-create any such problem
