Does this plugin only fix crafted weapons health?
Can I set it to a certain weapon found or bought from an NPC. In our server we have certain weapons locked from crafting/research and can only be bought in an NPC shop. The problem is the guns arent lasting very long when the players do monuments.

If you are trying to sell weapons using a shop plugin I recommend using GUIShop it's free on umod and GUIShop allows you to set custom condition levels when players buy the weapons directly.
The Firearm Modifier Plugin States on the docs the specific config settings that are for crafted weapons only.
