Add a configuration option that restricts Faux Admins from looting containers / corpses to limit admin abuse.

Theres nothing (other than trust) stopping a faux admin from noclipping to the top of launch site or into red-card rooms, grabbing gear and passing it to players. 

roger, i can add the option where "FauxAdmins" cannot loot things they are not Owner of.

i have a rewrite of the plugin completed. adds the ability to block the God Mode usage. would you like to test it out?

plus ill add the option for the looting too soon.
