I have tried this plugin on my server and can't get it to work. I've read all the documentation. The commands work for me as an admin, but when I assign all the permissions to a player from the default group the commands don't do anything. I have tried tweaking config, reloading, and had the player relog every time I made a change, all with no luck. 

I don't see any recent activity - is the plugin deprecated?
